Coffee Story

This delicious natural processed coffee from Honduras is a unique treasure among coffees! This coffee comes from a small coop in Honduras from the country's finest producers. These farms produce only a few hundred jutes of coffee per year, but each is produced with love you can taste.

Natural processed coffees are a very unique experience! The coffee cherry is sun-dried onto the bean- this results in a cup that is very fruit-forward. Please note that one of the results of a natural processing method is that the beans look slightly less consistent than what you would expect from a high grade coffee- but rest assured, the lovely aromas and fruit flavors more than make up for the appearance!

Hank's Story

From Hank's Mom: In 2022, where I used to work they took care of a group of feral cats. One morning, my friend told me about a friendly kitty with blue eyes. So I went outside and called him, and within 10 seconds he was cradled in my arms and purring. He was a people cat! I don’t know if he used to belong to someone. I called my husband, he came with a carrier, he took him to a local rescue to have him checked out. He was an un neutered male approximately 6 months old and not microchipped.  We got him fixed, microchipped and all his shots. This November he will be with us 2 years. He is proof that rescued kitties are the best!
