- 1 cup Isabelle’s Cold Brew Blend (coarse ground)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2–3 tbsp brown sugar (or piloncillo if you have it)
- Optional: 1 clove + small strip of orange peel
Directions:
- Combine coffee, water, cinnamon, and sugar in a jar or pitcher.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Cover and steep in the fridge for 12–16 hours.
- Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh.
- Serve over ice—add milk if you like it creamy.
