Isabelle’s Café de Olla Cold Brew

  • 1 cup Isabelle’s Cold Brew Blend (coarse ground)
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2–3 tbsp brown sugar (or piloncillo if you have it)
  • Optional: 1 clove + small strip of orange peel

    Directions:
  1. Combine coffee, water, cinnamon, and sugar in a jar or pitcher.
  2. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Cover and steep in the fridge for 12–16 hours.
  4. Strain through a coffee filter or fine mesh.
  5. Serve over ice—add milk if you like it creamy.
