We're a specialty coffee roastery in Lebanon, Pennsylvania with one simple mission: drink coffee, feed cats. Every bag, box and bottle we sell feeds a shelter cat for a week.

Why “Kitty Town”
Inspired by Sydney
We named the company after our first cat, Sydney; she was really in charge of the house, and if you have a kitty, you know how it is.
Sydney was a special soul who dove into our home on cold, Pennsylvania October evening. She was clearly abandoned by her human, but she found a safe home with us.
Around the time we were starting out roasting coffee in our garage for friends and family, Sydney passed away suddenly. We dedicated the company to her, and gave it her mission: feed homeless kitties everywhere, one bag of coffee at a time.
No human should ever feel like they need to abandon their kitty. That's why we support great shelters so they can go further in the great work they are already doing.
Sydney is the reason there are bags at all.
How we got here
Popcorn poppers to a 200 lb batch
- 2017
Two popcorn poppers in a garage, three ounces at a time. Roasting coffee for us, friends and family, and anyone who was willing to order on our super-sketchy online order form. We delivered all coffee by hand.
- 2019
A commercial space in a former steel mill in Lebanon, PA, and a proper 18 kg roaster. First online sales shipped nationally, and first grocery presence.
- 2022
Major website rebrand, focusing on telling our story. Drink coffee, feed cats. Support began to grow significantly month over month.
- Today
A refurbished 90 kg Gothot roaster, built in 1962, roasting for many homes and stores across the country. Order before 12pm ET and your coffee roasts and ships the same day.
What every bag does
Every bag funds seven meals: one week of food for a shelter cat.
Seven meals. Every bag, box and bottle.
Coffees, teas, syrups and pods each fund a week of meals for a shelter cat. A 2 lb bag funds two weeks; a 5 lb bag, a month.
We send money, not kibble. Donations go to our partner shelter's general fund, where a dollar stretches further than a bag of food, and the meal figure comes from what shelters actually spend on it. Each month, one rescue partner receives every donation: our Rescue of the Month.
