Protein Coffee Bomb

Ingredients:
- 1 cup of brewed coffee (cooled) OR shot of espresso
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter
- Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:
- Brew the coffee and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, frozen banana, protein powder, and almond butter.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie.
Iced Honey Cinnamon Latte:

- 1 cup cold brew coffee OR espresso shot
- 1 cup almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes

- In a glass, mix cold brew coffee(or espresso shot), almond milk, honey, and cinnamon.
- Stir well until the honey is dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the glass and stir again before serving.

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Dash of black pepper (helps with turmeric absorption)
- Stevia or honey (optional for sweetness)

- Blend until frothy and well combined.
