Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is known for being exceptionally bright with distinct floral notes. We roasted it to a medium roast to emphasize berry and plum notes for a purrfectly delightful winter coffee!

Name: Aurora
Nicknames: Rors, Rorsabelle, Princess, Pretty Girl
Super power: Knowing exactly when someone needs a cuddle
Personality: Guarded at first but super sweet, quiet, protective of her family

Aurora's Bio:
Aurora is a polydactyl calico, meaning she has extra toes on all of her paws. We adopted her from a rescue in Trenton, NJ when she was a year old. We were first drawn to her beautiful green eyes and then we noticed her mittens! She came home and immediately took over the house, despite the fact that our other two cats were older and bigger.

Although she never had kittens of her own, Aurora is the best mom a cat could be. She has adopted both of our kids as her own. When they were babies, she would get so upset when they cried and come get mom or dad right away. She fussed at Grandma once for being too slow with a bottle! Now that the kids are older, she loves to sneak into their bedrooms at night for a cuddle. Every time we find her hiding spot, she finds a new one. She is determined!

Aurora is always there when anyone needs a cuddle. She seems to sense when anyone is feeling down or upset and is immediately by their side. She doesn’t demand attention in those cases. She just quietly rubs her head against them and lays down next to them.
