This bottle feeds a shelter cat for 7 days. per bottle
We send money, not kibble. Shelters put it where it's needed that week: food, vaccines, spay and neuter, a vet bill.
Every order this month supports Freeman-Fritts Vet Clinic & Shelter.
Why we make syrup
Made for coffee, not cocktails.
Most flavoring syrup is built for everything — sodas, bar wells, shave ice — and tuned so loud it works in all of them. Ours is tuned to one thing: the coffee we roast. Simple ingredients, no chemical taste, no fake over-the-top flavor.
And like everything we sell, a bottle isn't just a bottle. It's a week of meals for a cat still waiting on a home.
What's in the bottle
Simple, and we'll show you.
- Gluten free
- Nut allergen free
- Soy free
- Dairy free
Ingredients
Cane sugar, Water, Baking Emulsion (water, propylene glycol, natural & artificial flavors, gum)
The bottle
750 mL — about 25 servings at two tablespoons, more if you run it through a pump. We overfill each bottle by about an ounce so you get every drop you paid for.
Keeping it fresh
Room temperature until you open it, then the refrigerator. It lives happily next to the creamer.
How it ships, honestly.
Syrup travels in a sealed plastic bottle, wrapped for shipping. Like any liquid in the mail, a small amount can occasionally weep through the cap — the caps are designed so that if there's no crack, the contents are safe, and the extra ounce we add means you're never short.
If a bottle arrives cracked or has lost more than an ounce, send us a photo and we'll make it right. Because of the weeping, we'll be straight with you: a syrup may not be the ideal gift item.
Getting it right
How we'd use it.
Our philosophy? If it tastes good, it is good. These aren't rules — they're where we'd start.
Start at 1 tablespoon per 8 oz cup — or two pumps, if you have the pump. You can always add more.
Hot coffee
We'd start hereStir it in while the coffee's hot, before the milk — heat carries the flavor through the whole cup instead of leaving it at the bottom.
Iced & cold brew
This is where syrup beats sugar outright: it dissolves instantly in cold coffee where sugar just sinks. One tablespoon over ice, stir once.
Beyond the mug
A spoonful in oatmeal, plain yogurt, whipped cream or pancake batter. Same bottle, whole different breakfast.
- Too sweet
- Drop to half a tablespoon before you blame the syrup — it should read as flavor first, sweetness second.
- Can't taste it
- Add the syrup before the cream. Dairy softens it, and syrup stirred in last mostly flavors the foam.
